Iowa Falls Industrial park has a direct direct truck route to US Highway 65, four miles north of US 20 (four Lane) which connects to I-35, 15 miles to the west. Interstate 35 spans from Canada to Mexico and Interstate 80 (60 miles south via I-35) spans from New York to California, intersect in the middle of Iowa. Interstate 90 (90 miles north via I-35) serves a direct route to the Pacific Northwest.
Iowa Falls is served by two Class I Railroads is the Canadian National and the Union Pacific. The UP is the 2nd largest railroad is the US, servicing 23 states. The UP has service through the area daily. The CN provides a transcontinental network in North America serving Canada as well as the midwestern and southern US. There is a certified industrial site located between the two railroads with a 30% rail design completed for the site and letters of service from both the UP and the CN.
