Economic Development Mission

The Iowa Falls Area Development Commission (IFADC) was organized in 1956 to serve businesses interested in expanding or locating in the Iowa Falls area. We are a non-profit development corporation that is financially supported by its public and private partners and investors. With more than 60 years of cumulative economic development experience, we can provide innovative business development consulting services and economic development assistance for new and expanding industries in Iowa Falls.

Our History

Since it's founding, the IFADC efforts have resulted in more than 70 successful business expansions and new locations. This growth represents capital investment of over $385 million and more than 2,500 new jobs. We take pride in responding quickly and confidentially with specific information focused on your business needs as well as maintaining a strategic relationship with our partners from across Iowa and the United States.
