Iowa Falls Highways

Iowa Falls is centrally located in Iowa and the Certified Industrial park has a direct truck route to US Highway 65, four miles north of US 20 (four lane) which connects to I-35, 15 miles to the west. Interstate 35 spans from Canada to Mexico and Interstate 80 (60 miles south via I-35) spans from New York to California, intersect in the middle of Iowa. Interstate 90 (90 miles north via I-35) serves a direct route to the Pacific Northwest. 

RailroadIowa Falls Rail Service

Iowa Falls has a 215-acre certified industrial site situated between two Class I Railroads and presents an opportunity for custom dual access rail configuration as it is bordered by the Canadian National (CN) along the north boundary and the Union Pacific (UP) along the southeast. The site is under Foreign Trade Zone 107. There is a 30% rail design completed for the site and letters of service from both the Union Pacific and the Canadian National Railroad. The Union Pacific is the second largest railroad in the U.S., servicing 23 states. The Union Pacific has service through the area daily. The Canadian National provides a transcontinental network in North America serving Canada as well as the midwestern and southern U.S.
