This position will involve the installation, service, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial overhead doors and operators. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to work, can work independently, and has experience working with tools and mechanical systems. We are looking for someone who can become a dependable part of our team with minimal training and supervision. This is a hands-on position that requires physical work, problem-solving, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to doing the job correctly and safely.
Previous experience installing or servicing overhead/garage doors preferred Mechanical, construction, welding, electrical, or related experience strongly preferred Ability to safely operate hand and power tools Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable, punctual, and willing to work hard Good communication and customer-service skills Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials Valid driver's license and good driving record Must be comfortable working at heights and in a variety of residential and commercial environments Must be willing to learn and follow company safety procedures Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Install residential and commercial overhead doors and garage doors Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair electric door operators Perform routine maintenance and adjustments on doors and operators Diagnose mechanical and operational issues and determine the proper repair Remove and replace damaged or worn door components, springs, cables, rollers, hinges, tracks, and other hardware Safely handle and move doors, sections, hardware, and other materials Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, and other job-related equipment Read and follow installation instructions, measurements, and job specifications Work safely from ladders, lifts, and elevated work areas Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle Communicate professionally with customers and provide quality customer service Complete job documentation and accurately record materials and work performed Follow company safety procedures and maintain a high standard of workmanship Work independently or as part of a crew depending on the job Travel to residential and commercial job sites throughout the service area
